To ensure our Advertisers get the best value for money, there are a number of key criteria for a hotel to be part of The Travel Network:

Premium, 4-5 star rated hotels
The name, reputation & facilities that attract the very best, high-value guests

Key tourist or business cities or hubs
To ensure hotels have the highest level of traffic & occupancy to give Advertisers the best coverage

Highest standard of facilities
Our team visits every hotel that we partner with to ensure that, beyond just their brand name, that their facilities, rooms & standards of quality match with the luxury brands that appear on TTN

All-in-all, we pick hotels to create an environment where you brand comes across in the best light with customers.

Which hotels are part of your network?

We are currently partnering with a number of premium, 5-star hotels in the Sydney CBD, and are looking to expand to the following regions shortly:
Late 2026 / Early 2027: Melbourne, Brisbane / Gold Coast, Auckland
Early 2027: New York
Mid 2027: Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Macau

Both.

When we first started building TTN, one of the first questions we asked hoteliers was, "How often do guests come down to ask your concierge for suggestions or recommendations?"

And the answer was consistently, "Oh, always!"

And that's because a guest staying in a hotel will always have some unfulfilled need - whether it's somewhere to eat, things to do to pass the time, places to see or shop, etc.

What The Travel Network helps to do is fulfil that need, by placing content & offers in front of guests that are relevant to their needs - and in doing so, helping with a 2nd need - helping brands & advertisers connect with these highly desirable guests.

So, in short, it is a net positive for everyone involved - happier guests mean happy brands & happy hotels.

What kind of metrics can I expect from The Travel Network?

For lobby displays:
Impressions by hotel

For in-room displays:
Views (TTN content is shown when the guest checks-in or turns on the TV)
QR scans

Our personalised QR codes are also uniquely configured to also share with you:
The hotel the guest is coming from
The room, and
Their traveller profile

You'll be able to see this data in your TTN dashboard as well as in your website analytics, enabling advertisers to "connect the dots" with visitors to your website.

Are there any data privacy concerns with The Travel Network? (e.g. guest data, etc.)

Accepted Answer

No. We specifically built TTN from the ground up to rely on non-personally identifiable guest data, e.g.:
No. of Adults
No. of Children
Dates of Stay
Corporate Membership

No sensitive data such as name, DOB, etc., is used.

And what an advertiser sees are TTN's proprietary traveller profiles, e.g. "Romantic Couples Weekend Getaway", which provides contextually-rich targeting, but is detached from the personal details of the guest - at least until such time as the guest chooses to submit their own details, e.g. by making a booking, etc.

What types of brands can advertise on The Travel Network?

Accepted Answer

TTN is open to brands from a broad range of industries (not just purely travel-related). These include verticals such as:
Food
Luxury Retail & Gifts
Entertainment
Tours
Cruises
Airlines
Auto
Wellness & Beauty
Finance
Conferences & Events

However, businesses outside of those verticals are welcome to apply to be on the network as well.

Our only ask for all our brands & advertisers is that they can offer something unique & memorable - something over & above - to customers that come from TTN.

This helps your brand to stand out with the high-value customers in our network, and creates a mutually-beneficial halo effect for both your brand & the host hotel.

How can I advertise on The Travel Network?

It's very easy to advertiser on The Travel Network. Just visit our Advertiser page, get in touch with one of our Advertising Partners and they'll help you get started.

As part of the onboarding process, you'll be asked to submit an application for your brand which goes to our hotel network for approval. You should expect to hear on the outcome of your application within 5 business days.
